The KSW Krewe’s latest Style Me Pretty feature showcases our floral designs for Fernanda and Farere’s winter wedding earlier this year.

Despite warm weather in New Orleans in January, Fernanda chose a berry-hued color palette that was perfect for a winter wedding in a tropical environment. Not to mention, we absolutely love it when a bride chooses to go bold with her florals for her big day!

Bride & Groom Holding Bridal Bouquet

For her bridal bouquet, we created an organic and asymmetrical bouquet in shades of burgundy, dark red, plum, black, blue, dark pink and peach using garden roses, hanging amaranthus, ranunculus, lisianthus, carnations, spray roses, eucalyptus, scabiosa, amaryllis and other seasonal blooms wrapped with ivory and champagne ribbon.

Groom's Boutonniere and Wedding Corsages

Farere’s boutonniere perfectly complemented Fernanda’s bouquet with a plum ranunculus accented with greenery and wrapped in black satin ribbon.

The mothers each wore our signature corsage cufflet with a classic design of ivory roses and green accents.

Escort Card Table Floral Arrangement

The reception took place at the main ballroom at The Westin, Canal Place.

At the entrance, the escort card table featured a towering, mostly magnolia foliage, fern, flat eucalyptus filled floral arrangement with a pop of red roses, amaranthus and amaryllis in a tall gold leafed container.

Wedding Flower Centerpieces

The head table featured lush and organic styled floral arrangements in gold vases that were slightly varied using the same color palette and style as the bridal bouquet except with a heavier presence of foliage.

Gold mercury glass votives were used to perfectly match the bold, yet romantic ambiance.

Wedding Cake with Ombre Floral Design

A stunning ombre cascade of ranunculus and roses adorned the tiered wedding cake.
