The beautiful brides! I fell in love immediately with Brinkley and Alicia. They are silly, intelligent, poised, funny and a perfectly suited couple. Brinkley loves teasing Alicia and Alicia takes it like a champ (rolls right off her back), truly my kind of people. The event was held at Felicity Church in New Orleans, a beautiful small and an intimate New Years Eve wedding. I designed the entire event from chairs to linens to candles to flowers… mauve velvet, black lace, sequins, a deliciously elegant evening.
I created large foliage trees that would enhance the space (it’s huge!) and lined the other tables with foliage and gold mercury bud vases filled with scabiosa, dahlias, roses, and peonies dark burgundy color palette.
