A Wedding in East Hampton

A Wedding in East Hampton

As a an event florist, I absolutely love create stunning flower arrangements for all my clients! The excitement increases tenfold when my friends ask me to contribute my professional talents for their special day.

My dear friends Charlene & Greg were married on June 16th, and I had the pleasure of making her bridal bouquet and her many bridesmaids bouquets.  I had been given a color palette to work with and being that she is Trinidadian she wanted color in all the flowers except for hers!  Those were the only restrictions. Looking back, I wish I could have taken her to the flower market on 28th street in Manhattan and let her hand pick the flowers she wanted, but Charlene trusted me, as she should, and let me be creative and have fun with the design.

The wedding bouquets turned out beautifully, and I was exceptionally excited because I was able to choose flowers from local growers, her soon to be mother-in-law’s backyard, plus Greg’s family’s garden center.

Much love to Greg and Charlene!
